We believe every detail of your celebration, no matter how small, deserves the utmost care and attention.

Our à la carte services allow couples to select the specific support they need, tailored to their unique stage in the planning process.

Partial Planning Service

Our partial wedding planning service is ideal for couples who prefer to handle most of the planning and vendor coordination themselves but require expert guidance at critical moments.

This option is particularly beneficial if you're working with an on-site wedding coordinator included in your venue or hotel package. While these coordinators typically focus on food, beverages, and high-level timelines, the finer details are often left to you. That’s where we come in.

Your wedding management team will take over 90 days before your wedding and manage the timeline and details on the day so you can fully enjoy the experience you’ve worked so hard to create.

Are you wondering why we can’t just jump in a month out like other coordination companies promote? Sorry, not possible!

Over a decade of experience in Hawaii weddings have taught us that successful weddings rely on a deep understanding of all the moving parts. For more information, read our blog post discussing the pros and cons of day-of planners versus partial planning. We will evaluate the requirements for your event, including logistics, location, planning duration, etc. to provide you with an accurate quote.

Full-Service Wedding Planning

This service is also ideal for clients who wish to stay involved in the decision-making process but prefer to delegate responsibilities.

Our full-service wedding planning ensures every detail of your wedding is expertly managed, from start to finish. This comprehensive service includes vendor selection, contract management, and every aspect of the planning process, making it an excellent choice for busy individuals who don’t have the time to juggle deadlines and logistics.

Planning a wedding is a time-intensive process, requiring approximately 300 hours for a single-day destination wedding; and 400 to 500 hours for a multi-day wedding. If your schedule doesn’t allow for this level of commitment, our full-service option is the perfect solution. This service is also ideal for clients who wish to stay involved in the decision-making process but prefer to delegate responsibilities like vendor bookings, contract negotiations, guest management, and day-of coordination to seasoned professionals.

Relax and enjoy your wedding journey, knowing every detail is handled with expertise and care.

Our Ideal Clients

We believe in building strong partnerships with our clients based on mutual trust, respect, and a shared vision for your big day.

To ensure we’re the best fit for each other, we’ve identified a few key qualities that we value in our couples.

If these resonate with you, we’re confident that we can create something truly unforgettable together.

  • It’s natural to feel excited and want to check off every wedding task and book every vendor the moment you pick a date, but we’ve learned through years of experience that a rushed approach rarely results in the most meaningful or enjoyable event.

Wedding planning isn’t a competition of who does it fastest — it’s about creating an experience that truly reflects who you are as a couple and ensuring you fully understand what you want and that your vendors are a good fit for you.

We’ll guide you through each step at a pace that ensures we get to know you, your vision, and your priorities. We’ll help you make decisions that you’ll feel confident about in the long run, rather than getting locked into choices that might not align with your evolving vision. And believe us, the first design you are convinced you want when starting the process is probably not going to be the one you go with as you explore your options.

We also know that taking breaks is essential. Overloading yourself with decisions can lead to burnout or decision fatigue, which can make the planning process feel more stressful than enjoyable. Our approach allows for time to pause, reflect, and get inspired, helping you create a wedding day that is thoughtful, meaningful, and truly yours.

  • If you’ve dreamed of the perfect wedding day since you were a child and have a very specific vision that you’re unwilling to compromise on—like insisting on perfect weather or a rare invasive flower that Hawaii does not allow but you need to have it for your wedding day —then we are not the best fit for you.

We understand that perfection is important, we strive for it every day and will do everything we can to make your day as flawless as possible and we've pulled off some epic weather back up plans in our day. However, life happens, and we work best with couples who can take things in stride and understand that some things are beyond our control.

If you’re open to working through challenges with common sense, a little flexibility and humor, we’ll be a great match.

  • The reason your wedding is happening is simple: It’s a celebration of your relationship and the love you share.

While we understand that family can have strong opinions, and you may want to make it the wedding of your dreams, we believe that your wedding should always prioritize why we are all here. The wedding planning process should reflect you and your partner’s vision—not anyone else’s and should not cause so much stress that it affects your relationship.

We'll help guide you through the process and stay focused on what really matters. If you feel the same, we'll work well together to create a day that is uniquely yours.

  • As seasoned professionals, we’ve been through the wedding planning journey hundreds of times. We’re here to guide you with experience, wisdom, and expertise.

If you trust us to lead the way and take the pressure off, we’ll work together to create a seamless and unforgettable event.

However, if you feel that your best friend who’s been a bridesmaid five times, or your mom who plans the family Christmas parties knows best, we may not be the right partner for you.

We’re here to collaborate with you—not compete with the advice of others.
